Doe anyone use the supermarket delivery services?

As the topic says really, has anyone got any experiences of the home delivery services from the supermarkets? Which company have you used? What did you think?

Basically, I don't have time to go shopping during the week like I used to before working, and as I have the car, Heinrich can't go as it's just not practical for him to carry the stuff home. And we're getting sick of 'store cupboard basics' so I suddenly struck the idea of using one of these services tonight, but thought I'd see what others think of the service.
